Cost for downstairs is $400 a night (sleeps 8). Special event pricing may vary

There is an additional $150 REFUNDABLE deposit. This will be returned within 7 days if everything is left as found and no extended cleaning is involved.
A 25% deposit of rental fee holds your reservation. Balance of rental plus refundable deposit is due 2 weeks prior to reservation.
Cancellation policy-We require at least a 72-hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged for the first night's stay.
Check in time is 9am. Check out time is 4pm.
There are no pets allowed, due to owners allergies.
Absolutley, no smoking or vaping on the property.
No glitter allowed, due to the difficulty in cleaning. If glitter is used- deposit may be used for extra cleaning service.
