Email us your dates requested.  If these dates are still available, we will send a contract and you can reserve with the 25% deposit.  Payment can be made by cash, check or Venmo.

Cost for downstairs is $400 a night (sleeps 8).  Special event pricing may vary

Upstairs $200 a night (sleeps 4)

There is an additional $150 REFUNDABLE deposit.  This will be returned within 7 days if everything is left as found and no extended cleaning is involved.

A 25% deposit of rental fee holds your reservation.  Balance of rental plus refundable deposit is due 2 weeks prior to reservation.  

Cancellation policy-We require at least a 72-hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged for the first night's stay.

Check in time is 9:00 am.  Check out time is 4:00 pm.  Please check with us if you want to adjust your times.

There are no pets allowed, due to owners allergies.  Violations are subject to extra fees and/or being removed from premises.

Absolutley, no smoking or vaping in the house or near open windows.  Violations are subject to extra fees and/or being removed from premises.  

No glitter or confetti allowed, due to the difficulty in cleaning.  If glitter /confetti is used- deposit may be used for extra cleaning service.

We try to make it where all you need is your clothes :). and maybe your craft supplies!    

There are extra tables, rolling cart & tv trays,  Ironing board, cutting mats and felt quilt boards.  

TV/Music: the TV is a Smart TV with several different streaming apps. You will have access to You Tube TV and Netflix. For other streaming, you may use your own account sign in (you will need your password). 

There is an Alexa in the kitchen above the refrigerator. You can use it to play music if you like. Or you are welcome to turn off.

Supplies: There are extra toiletries in the bathroom cabinets if you forget something. The bathrooms all have a magnifying makeup mirror, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion provided. As well as ear plugs, dental floss picks and Q-Tip’s. 

The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you should need for cooking & baking. All you need to bring your own food and drinks!

Air fryer, blender, double toaster, mixer, etc.  Coffee maker pot & Keurig. Folgers coffee grounds/filters are supplied. You must supply your own pods. 

The refrigerator/freezer is large with 4 kinds of ice and filtered water. We even have a great supply of spices.

All bedding and linens are provides as well as paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. 

Safety: First aid kit, fire extinguisher, flashlights & candles for "just in case".  i

Yes!  We have great wi-fi.  Great for work, digital scrapbookers, or if everyone is working at the same time :)
